Meridian Police have charged 38 year old Charles D. Brown with Aggravated Assault with a bond set at $250,000. This charge is in relation to the shooting call in the 900 block of 28th Avenue that occurred yesterday. The 24 year old victim underwent surgery yesterday and is listed in critical condition.
