The following were reported to the Meridian P.D. from the time period of Friday at 00:01 to Sunday at 23:59.
Residential Burglary

At 1330 hours Friday, Meridian Police responded to an Attempted Armed Robbery call in the 7100 block of Highway 80 west. Upon arrival they were advised two individuals attempted to rob a female at gunpoint but she managed to escape from them and they fled on foot. Police are investigating and no further is available at this time.

At about 0300 hours Saturday morning, Meridian Police responded to an Armed Robbery at the Exxon station located on Highway 19 North. Upon arrival they were advised a black male dressed in black with his face covered came into the store and robbed the clerk at gunpoint before fleeing the scene on foot. The clerk was unharmed and no better description is available.
