The following were reported to the Meridian PD from Wednesday to Thursday.

Robbery

At 7:38 PM, on October 30, 2013, Meridian police responded an armed robbery in the 2400 block of Grandview Avenue where the clerk was shot in the leg during the robbery. There are no suspects at this time but the case is under investigation.

Commercial Burglary

No commercial burglaries were reported.

Stolen Vehicles

No stolen vehicles were reported.

Auto Burglary

No auto burglaries were reported.

Residential Burglary

At 9:23 AM, On October 30, 2013, Meridian Police responded to a residential burglary in the 5400 block of Valley Street. Entry was gained through a door.

Miscellaneous Crimes

At 1:35 PM, on October 29, 2013, Meridian Police responded to an Arson in the 400 block of Sweet Gum Bottom Road. This case is under investigation.

At 12:16 PM, on October 29, 2013, Meridian Police responded to a house and car being shot in the 1900 block of 24th Street. The house and vehicle was shot on the night of October 28, 2013 and was reported late. This case is under investigation.
