Robbery

A victim reported to Police yesterday that she was robbed on the 7th of January in the parking lot of a business on Bonita Drive. The lady says she exited the store at about 1530 hours when she was knocked down and robbed at gunpoint by a black male in a black hoodie who fled on foot. No further available.

Last night shortly after 2200 hours, a black male in a black hoodie and wearing some type of mask entered the Neighborhood Lounge on 1st Street and robbed one of the patrons and attempted to rob another. When he was unsuccessful he fled from the bar, running away on foot. Two of the patrons chased the suspect on foot and one of them was shot in the lower abdomen by the suspect as he ran away. The shooting victim was transported to a local hospital where he underwent surgery for his wound. He is expected to recover. There is no further at this time.

This morning just after 0300 hours, a man was robbed in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant on North Frontage Road by a black male dressed in a black hoodie. The suspect displayed a handgun and robbed the victim of his property before fleeing on foot. No further at this time.
