A fourth district Congressional Candidate made a stop in the northern part of the district this evening.
Republican Steven Palazzo spoke at the Quitman Depot. He's running against long time Democratic Congressman Gene Taylor. Palazzo believes residents of the district, which includes parts of Clarke, Jasper and Wayne counties, want to see an end to big spending but also more job creation.
"I've been a small business owner and CPA I've created jobs in South Mississippi. I understand the importance of signing the front of a pay check and looking at profit and loss statements and i think mississippi is hungry for jobs." Palazzo says he's touring the district to hear the residents concerns and priorities.
