A Mississippi judge has ruled that a proposed 'Personhood Amendment' may be placed before voters in 2011.
Hinds County Circuit Judge Malcolm Harrison issued the decision Tuesday.
The Mississippi ballot initiative seeks to define life as beginning at conception and allows voters to decide whether or not the state constitution should be amended.
Supporters gathered more than 106,000 signature to get it on the statewide ballot.
