A candidate running for lieutenant governor of Mississippi made yet another stop in Meridian.
Republican Tate Reeves hosted a lunchtime meet and greet at Jean's Restaurant.
Reeves says he has been hot on the campaign trail, having made twenty-six stops just since last week's Neshoba County Fair. He says he's always glad to visit here.
"We've been blessed, Elee and I have, to have such a large number of friends and supporters over here," said reeves. "That helped us in our first campaign in 2003."
Reeves will go up against state Sen. Billy Hewes in the Republican Primary Tuesday.
