Dozens of Cities Miss Certification Deadline
Posted: 06/14/2013 - Mississippi's chief elections officer says numerous municipalities failed to certify their recent election results by the legal deadline.
The special election was held to fill the unexpired term of the late Pearl River Tribal Councilman Edward Wesley, who died in March.
Cheriena Brooke Ben has been certified the winner.
