The 25th and final season of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" starts airing Monday. And Winfrey has already hinted she's going out in style.

In recently released video of the season's first episode, the TV talk show host and actor John Travolta dance hand-in-hand through her stage doors to "Love Train" by the O'Jays.

The show airs on WTOK-TV at 4 p.m.

Winfrey has been tight-lipped about who would join her on the season premiere. Other celebrity guests and a musical performance have been mentioned.

For cable viewers, there's more Winfrey to come. The Mississippi native is set to launch her Oprah Winfrey Network, or OWN, on cable Jan. 1.

The end of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" will be featured on that network with "Behind the Scenes: Oprah's 25th Season."

She will not have an opportunity to be on my TV every day anymore, because I don't pay my hard earned money for satillite or cable. I have way too many other things to do that are more interesting and need to be done that I can use to fill my time, provide recreation, and be productive.

You are right about that New Age preaching. Oprah actually believes she's intelligent enough to decide which parts of the Holy Scriptures are correct, and which ones are not--she completely ignores those scriptures with which she does not agree. The 1st time I heard anything about New Age thinking was many years ago when Oprah had that Marianne Williamson creature on her show. I remember thinking how dangerous it was that someone with Oprah's clout was rubber stamping and allowing Williamson's satanic message on her show. I lost all respect for Oprah that day. She may have done good helping out people who need it, but she's definitely done enormous damage to the Kingdom.

You people do realize that she isn't leaving TV, right? All she's doing is stopping the broadcast version of her show and starting her own network where can be even more of an attention hog than she is now. It's much ado about nothing, as usual when it comes to fluff like this.

Regardless of how wacky she is, Oprah does have her fans. She has done some nice things for charity and has helped people. There's something positive to be said for her generosity. I won't miss her show, personally, but there are others who will.

While I know that she has done many things to help people I also know that she has helped to spread the message of people who are into New Age thinking and that much of that does not argree with the Bible. I'm not sorry to see her go.

@J.R. She is from MS so of course WTOK will talk about it. Also, it is a free plug for WTOK since the show airs on ABC.
