Whynot Motorsports Park will host the 13th Annual Fall Classic 100 this weekend. Some of the best drivers in the country will be racing for
the $15,000 top prize.
World of Outlaw Late Model Driver "Cat Daddy" Clint Smith of
Georgia, "Mr. Smooth" Billy Moyer of Arkansas, Billy Drake of Illinois,
seven-time Mississippi State Champion Mike Boland of Alabama, last year's
Fall Classic winner "The Intimigator" Chris Wall of Louisiana, Rick
Aukland of Indiana, Wendell Wallace and Garrett Durett of Arkansas, and
many more are committed to this weekend's event.
Officials say if you have not been to Whynot since it reopened in 2006 or
haven't been since earlier in the year, you find the facility has been improved.
Thursday night will be practice night from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission $3 for grandstand and $10 for a pit pass.
Friday night will be qualifying and heat races. Admission $15 for grandstands, kids 6-12 get in for $5. Children under 6 get in free. Pit passes are $30.
Saturday night will be last chance races and feature races for all classes. Admission is $20 for grandstands, children 6-12 get in for $7. Children under 5 get in free. Pit passes are $30.
