Entertainer Wayne Newton will be there Monday to cut the ribbon and perform when the new Bok Homa Casino opens near Sandersville.
The grand opening is set for 11 a.m.
The casino has been a flashpoint of controversy since the Choctaw announced plans to build it, but it is expected to employ about 300 people total.
