The Sucarnochee Revue is returning to the Temple Theatre as it embarks on its 10th season. Scheduling conflicts caused an interruption to that tradition.
The popular concerts will be back the first Friday of the month starting in June.
The revue highlights country, bluegrass, southern Gospel, rock 'n roll and blues that have their roots in the twin states.
"We've got a great lineup coming up. We're going to showcase the Meridian hit makers in June," said producer/host Jacky Jack White. "We'll have a nice little tribute to all the great folks from here who've had hits all over this world, from rock 'n roll to country to blues to soul. It's just fantastic. So we're looking forward to that."
The Sucarnochee Revue is taped and airs around the country and the world through radio and the Internet. Admission to the 7 p.m. Friday night shows is $10 per person.
