Swamp People at Choctaw Indian Fair

Cast members from 'Swamp People' appeared Thursday at the Choctaw Indian Fair Thursday.

More than 2,000 people showed up to get pictures and autographs with R.J. Molinere and his son, Jay Paul Molinere.

'Swamp People', which airs on The History Channel, tracks the lives of several alligator hunters in Louisiana. It has drawn a big cult following over the last several years.

"To us it's just something that we pass on, generation to generation. It's just a job to us, but I'm glad they're showing it to the world to see that people still do live off the land and like the old days," said R.J. Molinere. "And it's something different but for young and old and middle ages. So it's something really nice."

The Molineres are members of the Houma Tribe of Louisiana.
