After many years off the air, a local radio show and host are back on the air in Meridian.
The show Time Out for Jane began again Monday with host Jane Smith.
The show originally ran for about twenty years on WMOX-AM. Now the talk show is back from 10 a.m. till 11 a.m. Monday through Friday.
"Serious subjects that you talk about, like the health field or the mental health field," said Smith. "Just whatever anybody wants to talk about, we try to do."
Smith is the widow of longtime WMOX radio personality, Eddie Smith. Their son, Bill Smith, now manages the station.
