A west Alabama county commissioner Tuesday attended his first official county meeting since his recent arrest.
Almost two weeks ago, Choctaw County Commissioner Mark Gibson was charged in a fraud case in Choctaw County.
It involved a county-owned bush hog that was discovered in a scrap yard.
The 54-year-old Gibson is currently free from jail on $5,000 bond.
His case is expected to be presented to a grand jury in August.
