The town of York has its first homicide investigation in several years. The victim was discovered Tuesday night.
Two suspects are in custody.
The victim, Terrell Brown, originally from Livingston, was found at 407 Conti Street.
According to police, Brown had been staying at the house. Authorities were called there just before 11 p.m.
"During the investigation there were some witnesses at the scene and we were able to find out who did it," said Chief Brian Harris.
The suspects are 21-year-old Christopher Edwards and 19-year-old Duhmon Lake from York. Both are charged with capital murder.
"I'm not sure if they knew him or not, but apparently there was a robbery gone wrong and that's the reason for the homicide," Harris said.
