Bond will be set this week for three family members from Union accused in a shooting incident. Charles Blackledge is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle. His 52-year-old mother, Margie Blackledge, and his stepfather, Jerald Ainsworth, both face accessory charges. All are accused in a case which involved the back window of their former neighbor's vehicle being shattered.
John and Tina Seals say 20-year-old Charles Blackledge fired gunshots at their car while they were driving by his house. At the time the Seals were returning home from a relative's house. According to Newton County Sheriff Jackie Knight, the weapon used was a b-b gun.
