The Supreme Court in Peru has approved the extradition of the prime suspect in the case of missing Alabama teen, Natalee Holloway.

Joran van der Sloot is to be extradited on charges of extorting money from Natalee Holloway's family .
van der Sloot in May 2005 while she was on a senior trip in Aruba.

Van der Sloot's extradition will not take place until he serves out his 28 year sentence for the 2010 murder of 21-year-old Stephany Flores.

The Peruvian business student was killed five years to the day the after the unsolved disappearance of Holloway in Aruba.

    He should get the chair..these girls didn't deserve that..n yes n the jail house is like a home to these ppl..cable 3meals school..snacks n other etc..

    CJ, I don't know what prison system you've seen, but yeah, they do have cable tv, or satilite even. They have just about anything you want to do in the prisons here.

    No, in America's prison system there is no cable tv. It's not a beach vacation like you think.

    I'm with you Bearhunter, if he was in our prison system he would have 3 meals a day, cable tv, and could get a college degree. And we'd have to pay for it!

    glad they are making him serve out his time in Peru first. their prison is no joke and he will be luckey if he survives.
