Clarke County authorities raided a series of homes Tuesday, arresting suspects and confiscating drugs and guns. The arrests came after a year- long undercover investigation.

At one of the raids, authorities say they found drugs and a cache of guns, including at least one assault rifle.

Authorities say the suspect, Richard Deloach of Pachuta, is expected to be charged with drug and weapons charges. Other arrests are also anticipated.

"This is an ongoing investigation, and there's ongoing arrests," said Sheriff Todd Kemp. "Some of the individuals we went to look for could not be found. But we'll seek them and we'll bring them to justice."

Kemp says six people in all were arrested during Tuesday's roundup.
