The ''Ten Commandments Across America'' tour continues and Tuesday made a stop in Lauderdale County.
The Project of Jesus Saves Ministries, based in Florence, Miss., is taking Ten Commandments monuments to every state in the nation.
Ministry founder, Omer Rivers, said the tour started two months ago.
"We're going to each state and giving the governor a set of Ten Commandments as a gift to the state. And put him in charge of them. And what he does with them, he's going to answer to the Lord on the last day. It's time to stand up. It's time. The ACLU, I put them on notice. Beware. I can put them out a lot faster than they can pick them up," said Rivers.
Rivers said the Ten Commandments are the law that god gave to mankind. Several businesses and churches in east Mississippi have already erected on private property the monuments offered by Jesus Saves Ministries.
