Circuit Court Judge Marcus Gordon was back at work in Neshoba County Tuesday after a brief stay in a Jackson hospital.
Over the weekend Gordon was hospitalized after suffering from bouts of nausea and vomiting. He was released from St. Dominic's Hospital in Jackson late Monday.
Judge Gordon is set to preside over the trial of accused killer Edgar Ray Killen. He's charged with the 1964 murders of James Chaney, Andrew Goodman and Michael Schwerner.
Killen is set to go back before Judge Gordon in Neshoba County Circuit Court Wednesday at 9 a.m.
