Boggan Convicted

A Collinsville man was convicted of statutory rape Tuesday in Lauderdale County Circuit Court.

James Boggan, 22, was tried on three counts and was found guilty of each charge.

The female victim was 13-years-old at the time of the incidents.

According to assistant district attorney Lisa Howell, Boggan will face possible sentences of 20 years to life on each count at his sentencing Nov. 21.
