Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore was back on the witness stand Friday.
Under cross-examination from his own attorneys, Justice Moore talked about his background as a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy and a soldier in Vietnam.
Moore was also questioned about why his monument was on trial and not the fountain and monument in front of the federal courthouse in Montgomery. There stands a monument that includes the scales of justice and the face of the Greek goddess of justice.
Testimony is expected to continue in the so-called Ten Commandments trial next week.
