A big drug bust was made in Kemper County on Thursday.
The U.S. Postal Service tipped area law enforcement about suspicious mail from Los Angeles to a Kemper County address.
Four people were arrested, and 15 to 20 pounds of marijuana, plus cocaine, weapons and cash were confiscated.
"I think we got the biggest drug dealer here in Kemper County," said Kemper County Sheriff Sam Tisdale. "He's been arrested and charged with intent to sell."
"We did a successful delivery of one of the packages here in Kemper County," said Jimmie Nichols of the Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics.
The Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, the U.S. Postal Service, Kemper County Sheriff's Department, and Dekalb Police all participated in the operation.
