Kelly Todd was in Choctaw County court Thursday where his probation was revoked. At the time of last month's incident at Wal-Mart, Todd was out of prison on probation for a previous burglary charge.
"He's got six additional charges at least that stemmed from the incident in Meridian, the Wal-Mart incident," says Chief Deputy Lee McGrew. "Of course, he had several burglary charges and automobile theft charges that he'll have to deal with. We don't know of a court date but there were six additional charges that we know of."
McGrew says it's unknown when Todd will come to Mississippi to face the armed robbery charge stemming from the Wal-Mart ordeal. He's now in the custody of the Alabama Department of Corrections.
