Prosecutors in Aruba have released two former hotel security guards who were the first men detained in the disappearance of an Alabama honors student.
Three other men took 18-year-old Natalee Holloway of Mountain Brook, Ala., and the daughter of Dave Holloway of Meridian, to a beach early in the morning hours before she went missing May 30 remain in custody.
One of the released men says he's "very happy, but also disappointed." He says he knew "from day one" that he was innocent.
Natalee's mother, Beth Twitty, has told The Associated Press she believed the security guards were innocent, while the three young men knew what happened and should be pressed to tell the truth.
