A Hurricane Katrina evacuee has been arrested for allegedly brandishing a gun at a Lauderdale County school Thursday night.
Oswald Fleming was arrested Friday morning after witnesses say he flashed a gun following a pee-wee football game.
Investigators say Fleming and a parent at the game got into an argument about how loud his music was, and that's when the gun was displayed.
"One of the concerned parents asked him to turn his music down and a confrontation ensued," said Darrell Theall, Lauderdale County Sheriff's Department School Resource Officer. "And they argued for a bit, and he pulled up his shirt and showed him a gun and said, 'what are you going to do now?'"
Fleming's bond has been set at $5,000. He lists his address as Gretna, Louisiana.
