A teenager who has autism went missing Thursday in Leake County but was found safe around 9 a.m. Friday.

14-year-old Samuel Posey was located by the Mississippi Highway Patrol. He was discovered about two miles from his home in a wooded area near the Leake and Neshoba county line.

Posey apparently spent the night in the woods, but officers say he was not harmed.
