Second Annual Bridge Festival
The Bay St. Louis bridge opened a year ago. It eased the commute for thousands of people, but more importantly it bridged the gap between two South Mississippi communities still recovering from Hurricane Katrina. Reporter: Toni Miles WLOX News |
