Two memorial services and a public viewing will be held in Montgomery over the next three days as the city remembers civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks.
Bus boycott veterans Johnnie Carr and the Rev. Robert Graetz will offer personal reflections on Parks' life at a memorial service at 11 a.m. Friday at the Dexter Avenue King-Memorial Baptist Church in downtown Montgomery.
Parks' casket will be on public view in the sanctuary of St. Paul AME Church at 3 p.m. Saturday.
Mayor Bobby Bright and state Attorney General Troy King will speak at a memorial service in the church at 10:30 a.m. Sunday. The public viewing will continue Sunday afternoon following the memorial service.
