The 30th Annual National Jefferson Awards will be held Tuesday and Wednesday in Washington.
WTOK's Local Winner, Lorene Graham of Newton County, is already there, preparing to share her story with hundreds attending.
Honorary co-chairs of this year's event are President and Mrs. Bush.
Graham will receive a certificate from Senator Trent Lott on Tuesday.
The Jefferson Awards recognize outstanding community service.
