Update on Wreck

An investigation of a fatal wreck Tuesday that claimed the life of Priscilla Rollins of Vimville suggests that a toddler may have been buckled into a child safety seat.

It was initially reported the child was unrestrained. Wednesday, Sheriff Billy Sollie said the seat was designed for two buckles and one was not fastened after the wreck.

The sheriff said it's possible the child may have loosened the strap himself.
