Feds Issue Indictment

A federal indictment has been issued against a former employee of the Silver Star Hotel and Casino, for alleged embezzlement.

A true bill was returned against Albert Elvin Graig, III, for allegedly stealing over $1,000 during a nine-month period in 2000 and 2001.

The indictment was released Thursday.
