Philadelphia police made a quick arrest Tuesday in the theft of money and items from empty classrooms at Philadelphia Elementary School.
Quorliss Black, 18, was charged with one count of grand larceny and five counts of petit larceny.
Investigator Jimmy Reed said teachers reported seeing an unauthorized person on campus. Black was later located and arrested.
Reed said no children were in danger at any time.
