The Daisies Club, part of the Meridian Restoration Foundation, honored several local businesses Monday for their donations to the foundation.
The drive raised nearly $4,000 with matching funds from Riley Hospital. Club member Sarah O'Leary said more funds are needed to maintain Merrehope.
"It's taken a lot of time and effort to raise the rest of the money we have, but we need a lot of help and effort from the community to raise that money, too," said O'Leary.
Merrehope and the F.W. Williams home are funded by the foundation through donations and grants.
