The east Mississippi business development corporation announced the 2003 business and industry expo at a morning news conference.
The 15th annual event will be at the Lauderdale County Agricenter.
It will focus on training and technology, two areas organizers say have a large impact on growth.
"It's a good time for business to showcase as well as those who are looking for career opportunities to come out and find what's available in the Meridian area," said Tony Pompelia.
The goal is to make the community aware of local businesses, industries, and career opportunities and attract new businesses here.
