Child Hit By 18-Wheeler

The incident happened around 7 p.m. Tuesday night. Investigators say 6-year-old DeAngelo McElroy was riding his bicycle and apparently tried to follow his brother across the Highway 19 South.

DeAngelo's brother made it, but DeAngelo did not. The Mississippi Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident.
