A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information on a pipe bomb recently found on the courthouse lawn in Philadelphia.

The fake device was discovered almost two weeks ago during the town's "Ham-Jam" festival.

Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the Philadelphia Crimestoppers line at 656-HELP.
