Harper Calls Stimulus Package 'Wasteful'

Mississippi's third district congressman, Rep. Gregg Harper, voted against a stimulus bill Wednesday that he called 'wasteful government'.

If you take the bank, auto, and stimulus package total, you could give every American 18 years and above $7000.00. I would think that would stimulate the economy much better than giving 4 billion to ACORN and other pork programs and the taxpayers $500.00 each.

Good job to Mr. Harper . Now if the senators will vote againist it .Atleast the republicans let democratic fall on their face. Which looks like they are going to do a good job of it themself.
