Closings Due to Weather

Meridian Public Schools has changed plans and will hold students till regular dismissal because of the speed of the storm.
The University of West Alabama closed at 1:45 p.m. due to the threat of severe weather. All classes and events scheduled after 1:45 p.m. are canceled. It will reopen 8 a.m. Friday morning.
Meridian Community College is closing at 2 p.m. Thursday due to concern about inclement weather.
There will be no classes at the campus after 2 p.m. Thursday.
MSU-Meridian will close at 2 p.m. but will be open on Friday.
Lauderdale County Public Schools will dismiss at 1:30 p.m.
Lamar School closed at 1 p.m.
Enterprise Schools will hold their students until weather conditions are safe enough to send them home.
MLC After School Center is closed today.
Martha's Learning Center will close at 2 p.m.
Boys & Girls Club-Meridian: no after school program today.
Small World Daycare closes at 2 p.m.
St. Patrick closed at 1 p.m. There is no after school hours today.
East Mississippi Cheerleading class is canceled today.
Lauderdale County Relay for Life team meeting canceled.
