'Most Wanted' Killer Sentenced

A man described by witnesses as a sadistic stalker was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences for the murder of Tuscaloosa city inspector Jack Ball two years ago.

James Otis Sims, Jr., 48, will not be eligible for parole for 50 years. He had lived at Ball's house in the months before the murder.

Sims was profiled on the television program ``America’s Most Wanted'' in 1992.
