Former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore will appeal his removal from office by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary.
Moore made the comments during a national radio interview. The appeal, which must be filed by Dec. 10, will go before the Alabama Supreme Court.
When asked whether he plans to pursue political office in the future, Moore said he's made no decision and is focused now on returning to the high court.
