agrees with this.. each state has their own rules and state sets the prices, packages and what they can or cant charge even if you switch companies you don't save much people forget it is the state regulatory commission that sets the prices and packages not the companies. That's why you see a insurance ad on TV, radio, news papers or on the internet they have disclaimer that it isn't in all states and prices may very.
