This kind of stuff gives all hunters a bad name. Each county district should assign a place on sixteen section land and dig a pit for disposal and cover it after the season is over.

This has been a problem for years! I travel Kings road & deer carcass are always thrown out at the cut over. The saddest thing is only the tender loin is removed & the rest is wasted.

This is not a true sportsman that does this. As said in previous post a disinated area on your on land or lease should be where the remains should be dumped. For those that are asking about where or how you should dispose of the remains, simple take the time to read the MS State game laws and it spells it out perfectly clear. For the ones complaining about the smell or the fact of carcasus are dumped on the side of the road, I believe you should add in there the fact of the number of deer killed by vehicals and left on the side of the road. It is typical unfare to focus souly on the deer hunters (as a whole) when they cause a small percentage of the number of deer remains left on the side of the roads.

Hunter, they can dispose of them on their own property as I did when I hunted. Some of the camps had a place for carcasses taken by members. You could take it to a very secluded place, carry it off the roadside and let nature take it's course.

For a person to call him or herself a sportsman and commit such act as this is beyond me and to dump the remains in a community is just a shame.I'am a hunter myself and we wait all year for this season to open and people commit such crime as this should ,if caught, have his or her licnese revoked.

well hunters do need a place to take the Deer Carcasses, cause once you get the meat off of the Dead Deer, where can you take the head and hide and legs and internal organs??? Yes I dont agree with them dumping the Carcasses in front of a church. Take them sumwhere else, cause in a few days, other wildlife will dispose of the REMAINS. Its the Circle of Life. Everything has to eat to live.
