An 18-year-old Scottsboro, Alabama, man may become one of the youngest lawmakers in the state's history.
Matthew Hodges is in a runoff for a city council seat in Scottsboro. Hodges said he hopes to use the same game plan that got him this far, by getting his former high school classmates to vote.
"I'm excited about it, I'm ready to get to those next three weeks and I'll work as hard as i can, do what I've been doing and get out there and show the people I want to support them," said Hodges.
The runoff between Matthew Hodges and Ken Croft will be conducted in three weeks.
