Bowden Indicted

Former police chief and Linden City Councilman Preston Bowden was arrested Thursday in Jackson, Alabama, by his department and FBI agents.

Bowden was taken to mobile for arraignment on a 10-count federal indictment for multiple counts of possession of stolen firearms.

This follows a 10-month long investigation by the FBI, ATF, and Linden Police Department.
