Drive By Shooting

Shots rang out around 7 PM outside Highway Village apartments around the intersection of 16th street and 7th avenue in Meridian Monday night.

Police say multiple cars were hit as a gunman fired from a moving vehicle.

One person was grazed by a bullet, sustaining non-life threatening injuries, and was taken to an area hospital in a personal vehicle.

Police do not have much in the way of a description on the suspect, they spent the evening gathering evidence and talking to witnesses.
