Drivers traveling along one stretch of Interstate 20-59 on Sunday night were forced to sit in traffic for a while.
Sumter County Sheriff Tyrone Clark says a tractor trailer crossed a median in Greene County, which caused traffic in the east bound lanes of 20-59 in Sumter County to back up.
No word on whether anyone was injured.
