Meridian police responded to a shooting incident Monday afternoon.
The incident happened about 2 p.m. near 28th Avenue and 9th Street.
Police said the shooting started from a dispute between neighbors.
One person is in custody. Another person was shot twice and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
