Meridian police say shots were fired into an occupied vehicle Thursday night.
Officials said the incident happened about 8 p.m. after a female parked in the driveway of her house in the 1600 block of 37th Avenue.
She reported that someone drove a red Ford Ranger truck into the driveway, rounds were fired into her vehicle, then the truck pulled away. The woman was not injured.
